Terms of Service
YKEEP provides user/sellers a flat-rate payment and reimbursement of media mail rate shipping for user/seller's unwanted CDs. All amounts to be paid to user/seller will be estimated up front. User/seller understands that there is no negotiation of rates to be paid for CDs or the shipping being reimbursed and all decisions by YKEEP in regards to condition and type are totally at the discretion of YKEEP.
YKEEP does not take responsibility for damage to CDs incurred during shipping. Upon receipt of CDs YKEEP will diligently inspect CDs and only change condition or type if truly warranted. If YKEEP changes the condition or type and user/seller does not agree and wishes to abort sale, user and seller understands that they will be responsible for the cost of shipping the CDs back to user/seller.
Upon user/seller receiving payment from YKEEP the sale will be deemed complete and user/seller relinquishes all claims to the CDs.
