All selling activities are completely
the responsibility of participating members. YKEEP does not vouch
for any members who sell items on YKEEP and we do not
take any responsibility for any sales transaction, item shipments, item
insurance, item authenticity or misrepresentation. YKEEP, at
its discretion, will terminate a member's account if their transactions
are routinely troublesome.
To be allowed
to sell on YKEEP you are required to pay an
annual, non-refundable, $5/year. This fee is forfeited if YKEEP has to shut down
your sales because your actions become suspect and YKEEP receives too
many complaints about you. If you do not sell a single item on
YKEEP, YKEEP will refund your yearly fees or roll them over to the
following year.
Those who sell on YKEEP are free to
sell any quantity of items from their inventory at whatever price they
wish to place on their items. Prices must
include shipping. All member sales conditions,
processes, terms and negotiations are strictly between the members
participating in the transaction. There are no restrictions on the
number of sales you can conduct, but YKEEP reserves the right to limit
transactions or discuss new terms with members who burden the
system above normal usage. YKEEP also reserves the right to change the
annual fee or institute new rules to our selling program with a 30 day
notice period. Any applicable sales taxes are the responsibility of the
member.
Sales Process
:
Items available for purchase will
have a BUY link, price and shipping cost next to it. A member
who wishes to buy an item available for sale will simply click on the items' Price
link. If there is no price noted then the item is not available for sale. An
email of the intent to buy will be sent to the member. At that point the
rest is up to the members. Note: remember
to delete any sold items from your inventory once the sale is finalized.
New
members can turn on YKEEP selling when they become a member. Current
members can turn on YKEEP selling by logging into their
account.
