	4			I'm the Man		Released 9 months after his debut, this is a very well-done follow-up. His last real punk-power pop disc,Jackson would soon start exploring other genres. Bassist Graham Maby rocks hard. Highlights are the title track, "Friday" and "Different for Girls"
	0			She is So Beautiful/She is So Blonde		Kozell's solo effort pales in comparison with his Sleeping in Aviary work. The songs sound like intros that never quite got much farther. It begs for you to give it a chance but their are no dividends.	http://amzn.to/aWcuWc
	4			Halcyon Times		Really solid comeback disc for a band that has been away far too long. Dan Baird's production gives the band a sheen without taking away the feverish twang at its core. Lyrics are a little more topical than usual, but it still rocks hard.
	4			Street Songs Of Love		Another very solid effort from Escovedo. The rockers hit hard, and the ballads go down smoothly. Could have trimmed a couple tracks for the better. Highlights are the title track and "Faith", featuring Mr. Springsteen.
	0			In the Dark		Shifts from thrashy pop to power pop with better vocals than debut. There's a big, urgent sound from the trio where the tempo battles the melody. Wouldn't have been out of place 20 yrs ago, but sounds new, not retro.	http://amzn.to/adHuEA

	0			Street Songs of Love		Comes at you like a banshee with edgy rock songs and powerful ballads that force you pay attention. Wavers oh so slightly midway through with more atmospheric cuts but not enough to steer down a bad path. Excellent songwriting, good execution.	http://amzn.to/bzruOV
	0			House of a Thousand Guitars		Perplexing. On first listen I kind of brushed it off but something made me come back. It's if Arlo Guthrie fronted an 80's Irish rock band minus the synths of the time, with Arlo occasionally doing Dylan impersonations. Good songs. Interesting.	http://amzn.to/9wJWbz
	0			Future Breeds		Pretty adept musicians playing fairly complex songs, vocally a bit like the Kooks. Problem is, it sounds antiseptic. I don't make a connection. Nothing is hummable after I listen to it and after awhile it becomes soundtrack snippets to a Brit Flick.	http://amzn.to/b3Zo9F
	0			Funkadelic		There is no mistaking the importance of this album. It was a new sound. Rambling funked up grooves and 'free your mind' ad libbed lyrics. Some gets long in the tooth, but when its on its brilliant. Without doubt this should be heard at least once.	http://amzn.to/auOyVT
